Because our coffee is roasted to order and shipped fresh, we are unable to accept returns on opened or undamaged products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we want to make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@grisgriscoffee.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll take care of it.
